Lovell FHCC hosts Open House

NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. – The Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center invites the public to an open house on Thursday, May 15, at the facility’s main campus in North Chicago.

Lovell Federal Health Care Center serves Veterans, Active Duty personnel, reservists, military retirees and their beneficiaries. All are welcome to visit the medical center to learn more about their eligibility for the wide-variety of programs and services available. Representatives from the facility’s homeless programs, nutrition services, home-based primary care, adult day care, women’s breast clinic, hospice care and many other programs will be present to answer questions and discuss eligibility.

There also will be information sessions that all are welcome to attend. Dr. Bharat Agrawal, Lovell FHCC’s chief oncologist, will host a session on cancer care. Rebecca Mollett, certified infant massage instructor, will present a class on infant massage and its benefits for babies.

WHAT:  Lovell FHCC Open House.

WHEN:  2-5 p.m., Thursday, May 15.
Cancer care information session at 3 p.m. Infant
massage class at 4 p.m.

WHERE:  Lovell FHCC, 3001 Green Bay Rd., North Chicago. Parking available in garage.
