Department of Defense beneficiaries can visit our walk-in Immunization Clinic, Building 133EF, Ground Level, at our North Chicago location, during the hours listed:
8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 3:30 p.m. Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri.
8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Thurs.

Note: Tuberculosis skin tests must be read 48-72 hours after given. Therefore, no skin tests for Tuberculosis will be given on Thursdays.
When the following Monday is a federal Holiday, no skin tests will be given on Fridays.

If you think you have been exposed or you are at high risk, talk to your doctor about options to get vaccinated.
Lovell FHCC is providing the JYNNEOS vaccine for patients who have been advised by their provider to receive the vaccine. Patients who want to learn more should talk to their Lovell FHCC primary care provider.
Veterans, DoD Retirees, and DoD Beneficiaries (18 years of age and older) who have been given orders by a provider to get the JYNNEOS vaccine can call the VA Call Center Line at 224-610-3899 for an appointment. Active Duty Staff and DoD Beneficiaries under the age of 18 who have been given orders by a provider to get the JYNNEOS vaccine can call the DoD Call Center Line at 1-800-941-4501 for an appointment.
